The 4th Annual Deepavali Celebration for UK/EU Malaysian Indian
------------------------------------------------------------------
Balakrishnan and several Malaysian Indians based in UK are organizing the 4th Annual Deepavali Celebration for UK/EU Malaysian Indian. Every year Malaysian Indians based in UK and Europe gather in Manchester, UK for the most wonderful Deepavali Celebration.

Many came to UK/EU to study or work, as immigrants, they faced many challenges in order to be successful. Pursuant of this ambition, they plunged into a very busy lifestyle sparing little time to mix with our fellow Malaysians. In the quest of attainment, they and their family became the victims missing out family gatherings, unique Malaysian Indian culture, and it's celebrations. On top of that, there are many students who are unable to go back to Malaysia to celebrate Deepavali with their family due to lack of funds, exams and etc.

The primary objective of this event is unite all fellow Malaysian Indians in UK/EU while celebrating this special occasion and continuing the age old tradition of holding open houses. This platform is also paramount for the future of our children as they will be continually exposed on Indian culture and traditions which could sip away as a result of living in foreign land.

The details of the program is as below,

Date : 14th November 2015 (Saturday)
Time : 2.30 pm to 10.00 pm
Venue: Aquarius Community Centre, 21 Eden Close Hulme, Manchester, M15 6AX, U.K

Carrer Opportunity to Special People without Parents
------------------------------------------------------
Ravi is working in Food & Beverages industry where he is managing 3 operational restaurants (Western restaurant, a Cafe and Japanese) and has 1 pending opening Japanese Restaurant and 1 more lounge on renovation to be completed before Christmas. He currently has 40 over staffs and always wanted to give opportunity to orphans to build a better life.

He is thinking somewhat the following for the 'special people': a) Give them a job that pays them RM1200 to RM1500; b) Give a place to stay ( hostel ); c) Career could be either at Front of House or the Back of House ( customer service or kitchen chef ); d) On job training to build their career towards their future; and e) A meal allowance of RM6 will be paid as additional to the said basic. He just need them to have the heart to learn with a positive attitude.
