I used Handbrake to encoded a DVD rip of an undisclosed movie to an
M4V. No matter the software I use provide the stream (MyMedia or
PMS), or which device I use to render (Roku, Samsung, or XBOX360,) the
audio always leads the video by four seconds. I tried re-encoding
using the "Optimize for web" option in Handbrake,(it's supposed to lay
the file out in a non-linear fashion to rectify sync issues,) it made
no difference My other movies play just fine with audio in sync and
this particular movie plays fine locally on the computer. Anyone have
any ideas?
