First and most important, carry your own weight.  Do NOT reply to a thread started by someone else primarily or substantially to promote yourself or your own ideas.

Start your own subject lines.  Always use a subject line, and do not post a thread without one or it is subject to deletion.

Do NOT change the subject line of the thread originator.  Changing the subject line if you did not originate the thread can be a basis for banning from the group.

If you do reply to a thread, and do not receive a response do not continue to reply to that person's threads.

This group is intended primarily for the promotion of your OWN IDEAS.  But if you are considering the ideas of someone else then feel free to reply to them, but it is your duty to do so in such a way as you do not in any way cause that person to feel uncomfortable, or stalked.

Personal insults are, of course, not acceptable and are grounds for immediate banning from the group.

Any posts can be deleted without warning, or explanation by the group moderator.  Group members can be banned without warning or explanation by the moderator.

Addendum: Replies are not meant to be personally uncomfortable for posters for unnecessary reasons, for instance, no needling behaviors or statements meant simply to make someone feel uncomfortable.  However, pointed critiques of ideas are not justification for someone to claim they are being made uncomfortable in an actionable way.

Objective critiques are very much encouraged.
