Sync issue

I hope someone can help me with an issue that has just started occurring. When I try to sync from my office PC I am getting an error message that says: 

"Could not login to server. Server response: 'Unable to load WSDL File/Location: https://sync.mylifeorganized.net/mlo/MLOInetSync.asmx?wsdl.  Error [Forbidden (403) - 'https://sync.mylifeorganized.net/mlo/MLOInetSync.asmx?wsdl']"

Is it possible my company's firewall is blocking my effort to sync?  It worked last week.

I get the message when I try to set up a connection to create a new profile.  I did not get the error message on another PC so I am guessing it is an issue with my company's firewall perhaps?
