Advisement on Creating 12 week year format

Hey all.  Wanting to create a 12 week year format. 

1. start with 3 folders  a) goals  b) weekly   c) daily

2. under goals, create projects with tasks under each project

3. create text tags W01, W02... through W12 (12 week year )

also, I am using IOS iphone and Windows MLO on both

Question.  How do i create a project so that if 5 tasks exist, only 1 will show up at a time, being the "next" item to be displayed. 

Or if you could steer me to the conversation that explains this.

Set the project to be sequential vs parallel. It's one of the options for the project.

what about task dependencies and filter combined?
1- define the dependencies

2- set filter to only active tasks

in that way the depends will show up as the previous tasks are completed.
