Hello
Can you please send your email to Cloud again, but set the mail
subject as “TBE DEBUG”. The email with such subject will be received
by MLO developers for issue research and analysis.
Thank you!

Alexandra,

I hardly never use this feature because I've encountered this sort of annoying problems in the past and decided to pass on it. Today I gave it another try with a similar result to the one indicated before by others. I've also forwarded my email to my cloud @ and changed the Subject to  TBE DEBUG. Could the fact that I add my @ in the BCC field be responsible of this bad performance?

thanks

Same here sending an email from my companies exchange account. BUT same email sent via my gmail account is absolute ok. Perhaps this helps the devs to find the solution ...

Alexandra,
did you also notice the error on sending a test mail through various email accounts (depending on the password verification) happens to some of us?

If you need more details, just let me know. But I would really like to use my gmail account as it is the one I actually use.

Have a nice evening,
Brienne

Am I the only one feeling support questions seem to often fall into the abyss?

Hi Kitus.
I often have forum posts that fall into the abyss, when I am on a topic that's not compelling to the other users on the forum. Support requests to the support email address have always gotten prompt attention if they involve actual bugs versus requests for improvement.
