Lost all Items

Hi I setup Outlook sync then didn't want it. Could find no way to turn it of so set to one way from MLO, deleted all the tasks it had created in outlook then set to sync form outlook to mlo. That sync deleted everything in MLO. No backup, how do i get them back? I see a lof of tasks in the MLO deleted folder. an i restore those?
