Syncing / peer view

Hi!  We use MLO on two computers (different locations).  We've synced but one of us cannot see all of the "checked" tasks that have been completed. It seems like the ones that my co-worker cannot see are older -- tasks from last week that had been completed.  

Is there a time limit or anything that when a task gets checked and synced that may cause another user to not see them?  Thanks!
