MLO hotkeys fails after each reboot! (shortcut - Win + A and RTED - Ctrl + Alt + Shift + M)

I am suffering from the hotkeys issue: each time after reboot / going out from hibernate MLO shortcuts Win + A (from Options - Behaviour) and for Rapid Task Entry Dialog Shift + Alt + Ctrl + M (from Options - RTED) do not work! This happens on two different laptops with Win7. Both systems are in Russian and probably this causes an issue, since e. g. for Win + A I am getting sometimes Win + ь (local letter) as a shortcut. 

What is the workaround for this? Can you fix it somehow, I'm crazy on this!

I do use them a lot, but can't reproduce your issue.

Yep, I'having the same problem. 

I'm using English version of Win 8.1, but the system locale is set to Russian.

I set Win+` (~) hotkey for opening/hiding of MLO window. After each sleep or hibernate, the hotkey doesn't work till I restart the MLO. Interesting thing: after my PC wakes up, if I press Win+Pause hotkey, I get both MLO and System properties windows.

This bug driving me crazy.

Confirm also, again. Changed hotkey for rapid task enty to Ctrl + Alt + A but it fails sometimes also.

Any attention to this issue from developers finally?
