Some Views don't show Properties options

I have 8 different views/tabs I use for tracking tasks in MLO. Some of these views/tabs have a "Properties" section to the right, and some views/tabs don't. I want all my views/tabs to show this "Properties" section but can't figure out how to change the ones which don't show it. What am I missing here?

Thx for your quick reply, however when I do Alt-F2, it opens and closes the pane where Properties would show, but on some views/tabs it only shows 'Created' 'Modified' and 'Action' properties, not the whole range of modifiable properties.

hi, see attached screenshots.

if the buttons are invisible, enable the toolbar (menu View > Toolbar)

Yes, that was the trick. And your red circle around that Icon is what made it clear to me.

I just noticed that Alt-~ toggles the Property Pane Off and On. Wierd but good to know.
