Android Widget: how to limit the items by due date?

I am a new (still trial) user of MLO and am encouraged by its features. The app I had been using (Wunderlist - also pretty good but with its own limitations) had one really nice feature: I put due dates on many tasks but not on all. The Wunderlist Android widget will show me just the items due today. If I don't have a due date on one, it won't include it. That works well for planning (for me anyway).

Is there a way to do that with the MLO Android widget? So far it looks like it just shows the first few of all incompletes.
