Hi all,
I'm looking for an overview, where I can see which task when I completed.
E.g. "write an email to your boss" task created 28. Dec, completed 29. Dec.
It would be also nice if the system could calculate how many days went by since creation til completion.

Is there a possibility for this?

Thank you
Karl

The "completed recently view" modified to include created date seems like a good start. The only time between field that I know of is the lead time, which is between start date and due date. However hovering over any date field will yield a pop-up w/ number of days ago, so you could do a little mental math to calculate days between.

option 2 (may be too much trouble). Exporting a view (to XML) and importing the XML file into Excel opens up more possibilities. Note the XML includes, start, due and completed dates, but not created or modified dates.

That is what comes to mind, not sure if its helpful

cheers,
..jason

Hi Jason,
thank you for the quick reply. I forgot to mention that I use MLO on an android phone, so I cannot hover over. :)
"Completed recently view" would be good but information is lost after the "recent" period which is I dont know how long. It would be good to track the completion for a longer time.

Where can I find the "lead time" you mentioned?

Yes, option 2 is too much trouble. :)

Thank you
Karl

Karl:

Sorry, the "lead time" field also seems to be only in the Windows version.

On Android you could create a view that shows tasks completed in the last nn day, where you specify the number of days. This way you can define "recent" as you wish.

cheers,
..jason
