Navigation in MLO under Windows 10

I've recently begun using MLO under Windows 10 and I have had a vew issues with navigation. I recall seeing this discussed previously but I'm not sure that those discussions are current. If you know workarounds for the issues mentioned below, or if you know of other issues please reply and fill it in. My intention is to report this under Jira.

1. gesture: tap and swipe up or down in task list. Expected result: scroll task list. Actual result: drag and drop a task within the list.

2. tap twice on a collapsed task. Expected result: first tap selects the task, second tap expands the branch under the selected task. Actual result: First tap selects the task. Second tap does nothing.
