System Hot Key to Open MLO to Main Window?

[CTRL][SHIFT]M will open the Rapid Task Entry dialogue box.

Is there a system shortcut key sequence that will quickly open the MLO Main Window?

Yes, by default it is [WINDOWS][`]

You can change it in settings as below
