The bug in the filter

Hi all,

I see inexplicable behaviour of MLO in Windows.
A filter may show nothing. 
After some manipulations, it can reveal some tasks but not all. 
On Android, the same view contains 44 top level tasks. 
On Windows, it depends. ((
Have anybody seen such a behaviour?

I have 13 000 to-do items. 
Can the malfunction be caused by this number?
