This is a try to put together all keyboard shortcuts, in one place.

Here is a list of shortcuts from the help file:

Shortcut	Action or command
Alt+F1	Properties pane open/close
Alt+1	Toggle between Task List and Task Notes (Contexts List and Contexts Notes)
Alt+2	General properties section open/close
Alt+3	Timing & Reminder properties section open/close
Alt+4	Effort properties section open/close
Alt+5	Project properties section open/close
Alt+6	Task Statistics properties section open/close
F6	Collapse entire outline or To-Do lists
F7	Expand entire outline or To-Do list
Alt+Shift+Left Alt+Shift+Right Alt+Shift+Up Alt+Shift+Down	Rearrange tasks in the outline
Ctrl+Up Ctrl+Down	Select next/previous visible task in Outline/To-Do without focusing this task list. The current active control will be still focused during task change by this shortcut. Useful to iterate quickly through the list of tasks and change specific task parameter.
Alt+Up Alt+Down	Select next/previous sibling in the current outline
Ctrl+Alt+Up Ctrl+Alt+Down	Select next/previous project in the current outline
Ctrl+`	Collapse/Expand all subtasks of the current task
Shift+Ctrl+0 Shift+Ctrl+1 ... Shift+Ctrl+9	Set quick bookmark #1, 2...9 to a task in the outline
Ctrl+0 Ctrl+1 ... Ctrl+9	Go to bookmark #1, 2...9 in the outline
Ctrl+< Ctrl+>	Go to previous/next bookmark set
Ctrl+Alt+>	Open Bookmarks dialog
Alt+C	Edit Context for a task
Alt+L	Select Context for a task from the list
Alt+V	Select View in the Outline or To-Do tab
Alt+P	Toggle complete subtasks in order
Alt+Y	Toggle hide in todo
Alt+R	Reminder
Alt+J	Toggle "This is a Project"
Alt+X	Max time required
Alt+W	Toggle Weekly goal
Alt+A	Toggle context Filter selector / To-Do list
Alt+D	Set Due Date for a task
Ctrl+= Ctrl+-	Increase/decrease task due date by one day.

Ctrl+Alt= Ctrl+Alt-	Increase/decrease task due date by one week.
Insert	Create a task (Context)
Alt+Insert	Create a subtask
Ctrl+Del	Delete a task (Context)
Ctrl+R	Zoom-in
Ctrl+Alt+R	Zoom-out
Alt+Left Alt+Right	Jump back/forward to previously selected task Jump forward to the next task in history

I want to switch tabs using keyboard. Is there a shortcut to this action?

Hi, Andrei.

I don’t know of any hotkey for (go to the first tab) or (go to the third tab)

But standard windows hotkeys include Ctrl-Tab for go to next tab and Ctrl-Shift-Tab for go to previous tab.

Thanks!! I tried your suggestion. The hotkeys work fine in firefox, but in MLO they don't.
Anyway, thanks for the help. I use firefox a lot, but didn't use tab shortcuts till now. Shame :)

Hmm, interesting. These hotkeys work for me, I use them all the time in MLO. I wonder what would make them work for some programs and not others on your system. You don’t have these two key sequences defined to any other meaning in MLO’s user-configurable hotkeys, do you?

Hi Dwight!
I checked the key sequences and coundn't find Ctr+Tab key assignment.
Instead, i found that Ctrl+PgDown and Ctrl+PgUp will switch the tabs (hotkey names, translated from Russian, are "Next Bookmark and Previous Bookmark").
I changed the assigned key to Ctrl+RightArrow to move to the next tab, and Ctrl+LeftArrow to move to the previous tab.
So, it works !
Thanks for help, your question guided me to find the solution ;)

After playing some minutes with the hotkeys, i came to conclusion that the default Ctrl+PgDown and Ctrl+PageUp are better for switching tabs. So, i changed the hotkeys back to default values.

Hello!

When i review a big list of tasks, i need to highlight quickly some of them using the keyboard.
Can i assing a hotkey to change the task color to red for example?

Here is a hotkey which i've received from an MLO user by email:
Control + h will highlight the task.
Nice :) !
