So I just found out some inconsistency between MLO's Desktop and Android version in term of recurring tasks. I'll try to describe my use case that unveiled this inconsistency.

I have a branch of tasks where the top task is a recurring task and all task under it are not. Those tasks have it's own not inherited Start and Due dates and Reminders. My recurring top task is set to "Reset all subtasks to uncompleted" when it marked to completed.

In MLO for Desktop when I mark top recurring task as completed, all its completed subtasks are setted to uncomplete and all its subtasks (completed and uncompleted) date and reminders set in according to its parent new date and time.

In MLO for Android it is not the case. When I mark the top recurring task as completed only the completed subtasks are regenerate and get new date and reminders settings according to the new date of recurring top task, but uncompleted subtasks doesn't change at all and stay the same, without getting new date and reminders settings.

...and I add the following inconsistency:

- when I complete all the subtasks of a recurrent parent task set to automatically recur when all the subtasks aare complete, on Android MLO it does not happens, neither the subtasks are set to umcomplete after the last one is set to complete.

Roberto, I am able to reproduce Yegor's discrepancy but not yours.

i created a recurring task with start and due date 1 jan 2015 recurring daily. In advanced options i set subtask tesetting to reset to uncomplete and automatic recurring to when all subtasks completed. I created two subtasks, sub 1 and sub 2, each inheriting parent dates. When i complete sub 1, no other tasks or dates change. When i complete sub 2, the parent an both subs show uncompleted with a date of Jan 2. I would consider this to be the correct result.

if you are still seeing an incorrect result please let me know whether and how your test script differs from what i described above.

Hi Arthur.
I am afraid but I was not able to replicate the problem.

I tested your pattern and it works well.

I also copied my pattern into another position of the tree (I did not want to modify the original tasks), then I completed all the subtasks and the main task made a further step on its recurring date and correctly reset all the subtasks with the proper dates.

I do not understand.

As my original pattern occurs once a month, I played only yesterday for the first time with complete subtasks and it seemed it did not work. We will see for the next month.
Next time I tried to catch all the suspected circumstances that may result on the bad behavior, if any.

Sorry.
Thank you for the support.

Hi Arthur.
I had a second chance (monthly...) to test my issue and it did not replicate. All works fine for me.
And I also checked the Yegor's discrepancy and - yes - I also found it.

Thank youfor your support.
Best regards.

Roberto.

Hi, Roberto. Thanks for following up. I will be reporting Yegor's issue to the developers, let's see what happens.
