Mariam, I saw your other post in the "What I like about MLO" asking for Andrey to contact you. I'm not quite following what you're asking for when I read your post several days ago here. What exactly are you needing from Andrey that you can't do online? You made a payment without dealing with a person? When you make an online payment, you normally don't. I'm guessing many people are confused as to what it is you want.

I suspect that is the point -- she wants a more "high touch" model that doesn't fit with the dominant MLO marketing model.

Well, to be fair, it is sometimes really hard to know if a product is legit on the web these days. I often do several different searches now before installing free or trial software because I've been burned by either installing something that claims it's something else, or by clicking on the wrong download link on a webpage, because the one in the advertisement saying "Download now!" is bigger than the one on the screen.
That shouldn't be an issue with MLO since there is a trial version. Anyway, if it helps, we can assure you that MyLifeOrganized is a real, and excellent program.
