I looked this up years ago and found nothing, just several request
asking for the feature. I just did another quick search and found the
same old posts.

Maybe I a searching for the wrong thing or I recall MLO being able to
drag and drop Outlook as a task.

Either way... Can anyone tell me the best way to add emails (from
Thunderbird or gamil) to MLO as a task (sub task). I do not want to
sync my email because every email to me is not a task....

Thanks!

I have stopped using Outlook long ago.
At least drag & drop from Thunderbird is required --- and should be
easy to implement.

If you have gmail and mlo running on the same phone or tablet you can probably use "share" to create a task out of an email. If you want Tunderbird that means Windows where there's no "share", so the best thing (until/unless MLO implements a drag&drop with Thunderbird) would be to subscribe to mlo cloud services, set up an email address for "mlo by email" (MBE), and then forward your taskworthy emails to MBE. As of the next sync, anything forwarded will appear in your MLO inbox.
