double entries when pulling reminders for iPhone reminders

First off, I appologize if this has already been asked .. I'll do some searching.

I've noticed suddenly that when I use Siri on my iPhone to "remind me .. do this thing", then open MLO on the iPhone, it will pull the item from the iPhone reminders and add it to my MLO inbox ... but I will get a double entry in my Inblox in MLO.  What I discovered today though is that if I delete one of the doubles and then wait for it to sync to the cloud, sync to my laptop, etc ... the other entry will also disappear without a trace.  Has anyone else seen this behavior and/or have a fix?
