Unable to backup

Hi,

I am an Android MLO user since last 9 years. Off late, I am unable to backup my MLO data. Whenever I try to backup, I receive an error message, and though the screen shows like this (screenshot is attached herewith) but there's no backup file at the said location. 

Can anybody help?

Hi, Vadiraj. I am just guessing here, but I noticed that the filename was a mix of ASCCC characters with DBCS (double byte character standard). I assume that these characters represent a name that you have selected for your  profile. Is it possible that you started using this name at about the same time as backup stopped working?
