Hi,

I follow a rough GTD productivity system.  I use Evernote for managing my non-actionable items (meeting notes, artifacts, content, etc)  and MLO for managing actionable (projects and tasks).  This may be inefficient, but it works for me.  The downside is that I need to manually keep the 2 systems in sync.

My biggest challenge has been generally in managing notes from meetings or project status'.  I will typically make these in Evernote.  At the botton of this note I will add some Action/ToDo list entries as part of the Evernote capability.  Does anyone know of a way to sync these ToDo items from Evernote direct to MLO without my making a manual entry?  I will accept a solution that send to MLO Inbox only.  I can redirect from there.

Donny,

I don't use Evernote, so I cannot be sure, but have you simply tried cutting and pasting the task list into the rapid entry dialog??  At least may save the cut and paste of individual items - I would guess that if Evernote has a check box, you may get a leading [] ????

Otherwise someone else may have a better idea, but there is no sync....

Brilliant!  I did not know about that feature.  Thanks so much.

You might try TaskClone which works seamlessly to send todos from Evernote into MLO.  This MLO user posted about it.  https://groups.google.com/d/msg/mylifeorganized/QaQBP2rmfVU/eX3G9jDYjskJ
