Hi, Tommy. You didn't say what kind of device you have so I'm going to assume that it's an Android phone. If it's an Apple device or a tablet the instructions might be a bit off, come back and say so and somebody will give you the right directions.
On an Android phone the only way I know to sorth the displayed items is by editing the view and changing the sort command. This will be a permanent change, any time you use that view it will have this new sort. If you like this sort and want to use it always, that's fine, otherwise you should duplicate the view, and give the new view a descriptive name, like Active by due date. If you need step by step instructions for duplicating a view, please come back and say so.
To change the sort,
- start by tapping the hamburger icon (three lines) at the top left to bring up the view selection menu.
- tap "edit" at the lower left to bring up the view edit page
- scroll to find the view you want to change (Active Actions?) and tap on the view name to bring up view settings
- tap on SORT By
- select the criteria you want for sort
- tap the left facing arrow at the top left to save the change
- tap the arrow on the next page and the checkmark on the next page and one more arrow to return to your view.
