I have looked around for a new way of dealing with my tasks and
projects linked all the way from Outlook to Android. Therefore I'm
curious if MLO can help me, since it has both Outlook and Android
sync.

l´m using my three computers ( a MiniPC , one TabletPC and a Desktop.
Then now also a new Android phone (2.3.3)

Some of the questions that came up is...

1) I like to be able to have all synced at all times.
a. Is this possible on one license on PC and one for android?
b. Can I use it with dropbox for this mater or do I need to use your
cloud service?

2) I like to use Outlook and OneNote to create projects/tasks in MLO.
a. Will this cause any problem when transfer them into MLO, and will
the sync work all the way back to Onenote when marking a task
completed in for example my Android

3) Can I use MLO as a type of Project planer with a Gantt view?

4) Where can I learn about how to, in the most efficient way work with
Projects, Tasks, Folders, Milestones etc. since I'd like to follow up/
store everything (Tasks and Projects) in Outlook

5) Anything else I need to know limitations etc. when using this
setup.

Thanks in advance

No offense but it sounds like you need to do some reading in the forums, read about the features of MLO on the main site and perhaps try it out before asking these questions. Otherwise, it comes off as if you're expecting others to do your homework for you.
