Hi, Craig. I’m not sure that I understand the problem that you are reporting. Are you using views with advanced filtering? If so, then you can use filters like (StartDateTime OnOrBefore Now) to exclude tasks that start today but the start time is still in the future. Or ((DueDateTime Before Now) And (DueDateTime OnOrAfter Now-3h)) to show tasks that will be due in the next three hours. This isn’t realtime checking, the task will not flash onto your screen the instant it’s eligible. It will show up at the next refresh. I don’t know what kind of schedule governs when the refreshes happen, but I’m pretty sure you can provoke one by clicking on the cloud icon to run a sync.
If you are not using views with custom filtering you probably did not understand any of that. KLet me know and I will break it down for you.

Craig, I think I know what you are saying. Is it that you want an auto-refresh so that if you don’t touch your screen or buttons, new tasks will automatically appear on it without any intervention from you? If that’s what you mean, I agree with you. I don’t like having to flip screens just in order to have my active screen refresh itself.
Let me know if that’s what you mean.
