I'm a student whose attention are on 3 big things: a Course1, b Course 1, and c Own firm. Lets call each of these a project. When I clean my inbox, I find myself hitting ctrl+m and finding either a b or c very often. Very, very often. So I would really be in help of a email directly to this projects, i.e. not the inbox.

Do any one have a tips for a workaround?

Right now I use a naming rule, combined with Sort by caption, combined with flagging. Could go into more detail if needed.

I think I have a way to *almost* do what you want. First, practice your task parsing by entering an item in the Inbox that ends in -toprjTEST (where TEST is a project), no spaces I think. Position the cursor inside the text and hit Alt-Enter. Does your task get moved?

Once you have this working, you should be able to hit Alt-Enter in the tasks from the inbox to move them. Unfortunately I don't think you can process multiple all at once.  But it still might be faster if you figure out a way to have a template for your email with the suffix pre-loaded or something. Let us know what you find.
