Disable Outlook Sync (MLO5/WIN)

Hi all

Is there a way to disable outlook sync? I found a post here from 2016 where it says "no, doesn't work". I can't believe there's no way to achieve this in 2018.

Any hint appreciated.

Hello André,

Do you mean a way to enable Outlook sync? I believe that Microsoft have broken the links back to MS Outlook. There was a post, somewhere, in which we were told how to fix Outlook sync - You have to edit Outlook's settings in the Registry on your PC, though I haven't found the message with the details of exactly which setting to edit.

No, I really mean "disable". I have configured outlook sync but it doesn't add any value to my workflow, so I want to disable it again.

Hello, it is not possible to disable the outlook sync. Despite this, after a while you're not using it, MLO will ask you to disable it.
