Setup default time for reminders

Hi all,

When I add a task and click on the reminder checkbox, the default date is the due date and the default time is for some reason, 2:01 PM.  II have tried to change it by clicking on the Alerts link, changing the time and saving as default, but for some reason, it does not save.  Am I doing something wrong?  Is there a way to setup the default time? I've read the manual and searched here but can't find how.  Can anybody point me in the right direction?

The program always sets the reminder 10 minutes after you click the checkbox. So, if you click at 11:30, it will set to 11:40 and so on.  Unfortunately, there is no way to set a default time for a reminder.
