Better printing layout options

Is there a way to format the print out for MLO?

I am disappointed I can't get icons and flags to display, nor adjust column widths.

Is there a setting I'm missing or would this be a feature request?

Just curious whether this was ever answered?  I love everything about MLO except my inability to figure out how to print with a font that is big enough for me to read but does not ruin the formatting of the printed document.
