Where is the customized settings, context, formatting rules, etc file kept?

hello

i am using MLO v 4.x and i want to move my files to a cloud directory/folder i have to make it available while using my various laptops and PC.  I saved the .ml file (also my backups, reports, templates)  in this directory and created a shortcut of the Application to each taskbar on my various computers...

I can see my tasks, but what did not get saved were my context, icons, and formatting rules...  is there another file that i must copy as well? location?  is there a setting in MLO where i can change the location of this file (i assume this file exists)

it not could  someone please explain how my settings and customization's are saved and how to access the file.  thank you!

Context, icons, and formatting rules are saved inside of the ml file.

Double check that you are opening the corect ml file and not an old copy.
