This is the third time I am answering this question so I am giving it a thread of its own.

Q: How do I add a task to the inbox of my MLO/Android v2?

A: Go to the app drawer on your android phone and find the part where widgets live. The exact procedure for this varies by version of the Android OS but really, you should know how to do this by yourself.
Find a widget called "MLO Shortcut 1x1" - if your version of android groups shortcuts by parent app you will find it under MLO 2 or something like that.
Drag the shortcut and drop it onto your home screen or some other suitable place for dropping widgets.
An MLO Shortcut Settings screen will appear
in the middle section, called "shortcut action" unselect "Add Task" and select instead "Add Task By Voice"
click the big green "save" button

Now, to add a task, tap the MLO microphone icon on the shortcut you just added, speak the name of your new task, then stop talking and wait for confirmation.

Hi Everyone!

I thought I would make a video to accompany Dwight's excellent description.

I hope is plays for you and is helpful.
