Including auto formatting rules in the iPhone version (as per the desktop version) might be a major piece of work, not least because the desktop formatting options appear to far exceed what could be usefully included in the iPhone version.

However, simply allowing the iPhone version to sync across and display those icons that are displayed with the task text in the desktop version (ie icon position 0) would be really useful as this would provide an additional visual way of differentiating between tasks in a list.
