Adavnced Filter: "FolderName"

Hi,
Trying to apply conditional formatting to enable customer folder icons to Top level folders only: What is the best way to get this to work?

Also, difference between "FolderName" and "caption"? When I use condition "caption" top level folder is affected. When using condition "FolderName" sub folder is affected but not parent folder.

For top level tasks try:

Parent name is empty

filters tasks which belong to a a folder

"caption"

filters tasks with the name (caption):
