Requiring Context (and projects don't count)

Hello all,

I've just started using MLO, and I think it's great. However, I've
run into a slight problem. My job is very project oriented, so I rely
heavily on the project functionality. Almost all of my tasks get
assigned the context ProjectsOffice. However, I want all of them to
also have a second more standard GTD context (@Calls, @Errands, etc).

Is there a way I could change the view to find tasks that have the
context ProjectsOffice, but do not have another context?

ToDo view>Filter Panel>Control click on the contexts you want to include. Click on Save Settings... if you want to save the view.

Alternatively, ToDo view>Filter Panel>Advanced>Add Advanced>Setup...>Add Rule>Context IS ProjectsOffice and again click on Save Settings... if you want to save the view.

I think to exclude other contexts, you will need to use the advanced settings, but that it can be done. Try using Contexts is (Exactly).

However, there may be a more elegant way to set up your system. You might consider having a separate prefix for your contexts that are at work from those that are at home, if that is what you're trying to differentiate. Consider whether you were going to be using a mobile platform, which does not have advanced settings.

Control + click on contexts in filter panel means you can exclude or include what you want. This route is best for ad hoc filtering, and where you don't need to apply any other filters via advanced filtering. It's also the less intimidating route for new users.
