getting started

As a brand new user, I think that MLO is someday going to be a very useful tool for me.  However, it seems very difficult to figure it out.  It is a little like being put in a cockpit of a jumbo jet, and told to fly it.  Is there any place in the help process to show the simplest tasks?  a tutorial, or examples?

Honestly - the best way is to ask what you'd like it to do and we can guide you.  Do you have a base plan?  Are you following a certain model?  The documentation is improving, but I learned more by just asking and then experimenting.

Thanks for the help.  The more I play with it, the more I see it can do.  Just a tad bit intimidating at this point.
