MLO Cloud Reset Password Not Working

I need to reset my MLO Cloud password. When I click "forgot password" a link is sent to my email. When I click this link this is displayed: User identifier is invalid or cookie is invalid or out of date. How do I get past this?

Hello Jenny

I tried to resent my password using Windows 8.1, FireFox 25.0 and all reset password links were processed correctly.

Can you please try to open a link on another browser.

Please let me know the result.
