I had a similar issue with some dates persisiting to use American
formatting, whilst everything else on my PC was set to Australian
formatting. Finally found the solution courtesy of another posting ,
which advised:
" However, I decided to make certain there was nothing wrong so set
them
to USA format, restarted the PC, set them back to UK format,
restarted
the PC, and now the formats in MLO look right. The things you have
to
do to persuade Windows that you really do want something...! "
I tried that method and it worked for me also. Suggest you give it a
try.
