Feature Suggestion: Add mouse-over icons to indicate special click behaviors (like "jump to this item in the Outline")

There have been several times I was about to suggest a feature (most
recently : "Click on a Task in the To-Do" tab and jump to that task in
the Outline) when it turned out that you could already do that. But it
wasn't as "Discoverable" as it could be.

If you provided an "affordance" (that indicates what a click will do)
as a mouse-over icon (something like an arrow pointing up and the left
(the direction of the Outline) "-> Project" I think that would be a
powerful way to convey to folks that this very useful feature is there
AND those of us with poor memory ("where do I click for that?") don't
have to remember it.

I think this is an excellent idea. Did anything come of this?

I would like popup text for describing all the current hotkeys available to the user, when the user does a mouse-over on the relevant text.
e.g. "This is a project" would say: "Alt/J"
e.g. Mousing over the "Start:" date would say: "Alt/S"
e.g. Mousing over a Star icon would say: "Control/Shift/S"

etc.

And if the user had set up any special hotkeys, that these would appear instead.

For the benefit of anyone who might find this irritating we could
a) make sure it happened only after a delay of say 2 or 3 seconds
b) possible have it configurable to be switched off somewhere... but either way for the benefit of new & forgetful users I think it should default as being on (!)
