Advanced Filtering, To Do List

While trying to come up with a method of reviewing Overdue Tasks using the To-Do List, I happened to notice a filter named "StarToggleDateTime". 

I really hadn't paid much attention to this one before, but it caught my eye, b/c I have recently adopted Lisa's method (thanks, Lisa!) of starring tasks that should be completed today, or in the next few days. I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what this filter will do. Although I have tried setting/unsetting it, just prior to finding it, I went through & un-starred a bunch of tasks, so the results mean pretty much nothing to me.

I was just curious if any long-time users knew more about this setting.
