Quick usability improvement: placement of "move task" button

This is a quick and easy modification suggestion both for ipad mlo2 and iphone mlo2 that would improve usability:

When the notes are very long (which is common when creating tasks from email) the buttom "move task" appears only after scrolling until the end of the (long) note

If the buttons "move task" in the task detail page were placed above the note, the user would not have to scroll and this simple modification would make the operation much more fast amd efficient for the user
