Is there a way to limit which tasks go from MLO to Outlook?

Hi,

I want to only sync a subset of tasks between MLO and Outlook. Can I do this? If so, how? 

I've created a small number of folders that contain my priority tasks for the week. I want to only send those tasks to Outlook. 

How  would I do this?

step 1.
Create a view that shows your priority tasks in mlo.

step 2.
there is an option in the outlook sync settings which deletes all tasks from outlook which are not visible in the above view.

Hi Andrei,

Thanks for your help. I tried what you suggested. Unfortunately, the view I created does not show up in the drop down "Remove tasks not visible from MLO To-Do View." How do I get a view to show in the dropdown? Plenty of views appear in the dropdown, but not the view I created.

Hi Andrei,

That worked. Unfortunately, it deletes the Outlook tasks and all the information included in those tasks. Is there any way to have it only send the MLO tasks I select in the view without deleting the Outlook tasks?
