Hi, Atul. I have never actually tried to sync Android/Pro with Windows/Standard. But I'm reasonably confident that the cloud sync process does not do any deleting of datapoints or tailoring of data.
There are some functions that are supported on Windows but not on Android, either Pro or Standard. For example, creating a task that repeats every three weeks. On Android I can create a task that repeats every one week, or two weeks, or one month, but not three weeks. However, if I create a task on Windows that repeats every three weeks, when it synchs to Android it still repeats every three weeks. If I complete it on Android, the MLO on Android knows how to reschedule it three weeks later. But it does not know how to create a three-week repeating task.
I draw two conclusions: (1) cloud does not know or care what level client you are using, it just replicates the profiles. If your client does not support some function, it is the client's business to know the limitations. (2) before you go ahead with a setup of Android/Pro with Windows/Standard you should test it carefully. Try out all of the things that you want the MLO/Android to do for you. If you find that you have to go to Windows to set something up (like a three week repeat) you should double and triple check that the windows functions you need are available in Standard. Does this make sense?
