EU Cloud Sync / Data Residency Question

Hi everyone,

First, I just want to say that I really love MyLifeOrganized — it’s an amazing tool, and I use Cloud Sync all the time for my personal setup. It works perfectly 👍

However, I’d also like to use (and recommend) MLO in my professional environment, but I currently can’t because of internal policies. The main issue is that there’s no clear guarantee about data residency (EU/Switzerland) for Cloud Sync.

From what I understand, Cloud Sync is hosted on AWS (historically US), but there is no clear documentation about data location or jurisdiction.

In many companies, this is a blocker: without knowing where the data is hosted and under which laws, we simply can’t use it.

👉 It would be great to have an EU-based Cloud Sync option, or at least clear information about data residency and compliance.

That would make MLO usable in many professional contexts.
