How to work with Calender sync. and its limitations!?

Hi, How are you suppose to work with the Calender sync. wtih google, it seems that its hard to update your MLO thru the sync!?

Anyone have got this to work and can explain how to make it work being able to update on both sides!?

My perspective is that the calendar sync MLO <--> Google works like magic (meaning really really well).
