MLO Cloud Conflicts

In the synchronization settings, there is a section titled "Both sides changed item" that I assume is to address record conflicts. I would like for the remote version (from the MLO cloud) to override my iPhone in this event. I have checked the "Use Remote Version" but the "Use Local Version" remains checked as well. I am seeing on my WinPC that some records are reverting back to older dates.

 

Am I doing something wrong? Are others seeing this?
