No cloud files in my cloud

Using Android and Windows desktop. The files were visible in Win v5.x, and on Android, they were syncing without any issues, 265 days remain on my cloud subscription. I upgraded to v6.0, and now NO FILES showing in the cloud via desktop. The files are showing on Android in the cloud. No idea why this would be. Any ideas?
