Install Problem on HP 4705 - only installs on my laptop

I've attemtped 3 times to install MLO on my iPAq HP 4705, by installing
as I ususally do, on my laptop with Active Sync running and the Palmtop
in the cradle. It seems to install fine on the laptop but no sign of it
being installedon the iPaq. What am i doing wrong>
