Hi

I recently purchased MLO and it Rocks !!
My only issue is that when I enter data across office and home
computer, it is a bit of a hassle to keep emailed the MLO files over
email

I don't have access to lot of FTP servers (specially the free ones)
from work computer - so was wondering if you can please give some
estimate on the availability of Cloud/ server sync option

Will make life of many people much easier

Absolute best and regards
Sunil

http://www.getdropbox.com - the free account should solve all your
problems if you simply close out of MLO when you leave your home/work
computer to allow syncing. I do this and much prefer it to jump drive
access, which is the other way to keep everything up to date.

It's just a pity the PPC version can't sync directly with the cloud (or PC file) rather than needing an Activesync connection. This would solve the non-common file format between versions.

Sunil, I may not fully understand what you're looking for, but I'd
suggest an even simpler solution for working with your data file on
multiple computers:

Get a flash drive and install MLO directly onto the flash drive. Also
save your data file to the flash drive. Create a desktop shortcut on
both computers. When you work on either computer, open the shortcut
(which will open MLO and your data file on the flash drive).

Not only will this work for your dedicated computers, but any computer
you work on should allow you to run MLO and your data file from the
flash drive. I use this method every day and it's the simplest, most
hassle free way to work on multiple computers. Please let me know if
this is something that would work for you.

Thanks for the suggestion - I will try out dropbox
hope it works well behind my corporate firewalls

Hello Ladsr777

I can't use quickdrive on my work PC (its disabled), but thanks for
the suggestion.
I have installed dropbox and it works very nicely on my home PC and
laptop -- will have to try on my work laptop and hope it works there
as well (ie not blocked by firewall)

Nope !! Didn't work.
My corporate firewall does not allow dropbox to work :-(

My only option now is to wait for cloud sync to be available and hope
that it works .......
