If you open the MLO help and look up "command line" it says in "Using the command line" that you can directly jump to a certain task using it´s id.

I tried several approaches but no one seems to work. My MLO File is Alex.ml and the path is C:\- Dropbox\My Dropbox\Public\  The Task ID is {F2365CA0-7141-4AA6-8148-5D85E0B9AD8D}

Those did not work:

mlo.exe /FileToOpen C:\- Dropbox\My Dropbox\Public\Alex.ml -task={F2365CA0-7141-4AA6-8148-5D85E0B9AD8D}
mlo.exe /Alex.ml -task={F2365CA0-7141-4AA6-8148-5D85E0B9AD8D}
mlo.exe /C:\- Dropbox\My Dropbox\Public\Alex.ml -task={F2365CA0-7141-4AA6-8148-5D85E0B9AD8D}

Which one does work?

Thank You
Alex

It's been a long time since I looked at this and I seem to recall I had to fiddle a bit to get it to work. Here is a post I've made previously on the subject which may be helpful.

Try using a space instead of =

Try this:
mlo.exe "C:\- Dropbox\My Dropbox\Public\Alex.ml" -task={F2365CA0-7141-4AA6-8148-5D85E0B9AD8D}

Regards,
