Repeat on 3rd, 4th, 5th

Is there a way to make a task repeat on like the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of every month?

Currently I have 3 tasks to do this.  I have a task that repeats every 3rd and others that repeat on the 4th and 5th every month.  I'd like to combine these into 1 task to do my repetition but I'm not seeing how to do it.
